Under-nutrition unacceptably high despite GDP growth: PM
Expressing concern that 42 percent of India's children were underweight, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said today that levels of under-nutrition were "unacceptably high" despite GDP growth and labelled malnutrition a "national shame".
