Child marriage means NO job?

Child marriage means NO job?

The news about a girl who cleared the state civil services exams but still was disqualified from a state government job because she got married at the age of 14. And as per our law, there's a rule that says people who marry as minors are debarred from appointment in the civil services.I don't understand the logic behind such a law. In our country, where child marriages are too common, how can someone be denied a job on these grounds??? What do you guys have to say on this?
