Britney Spears has had her fair share of near misses when it comes to what we now know (post Janet Jackson at the Superbowl) as a wardrobe malfunction. And Oops... she's done it again as the pop singer came pretty close to losing part of her dress on her way to lunch on Saturday afternoon.
