Vidya Balan has recently refused to get rid of the dark film on her car windows. As per the new rule, it is illegal for anyone to travel with dark films in cars so why do actors feel they are above the law? Vidya however keeps paying the fine every time she is caught by cops but refuses to take off the dark film. Vidya may pay her fine unlike some other movie stars but the questions still remains, are film stars above the law?
