So according to many leading websites, there is a scene in Heroine where Kareena Kapoor, playing actress Mahi, is questioned by journalists. One of them asked her to comment about a foreign actress who has been experiencing a successful career in Bollywood.Mahi replied that the the leading actress (Kaif) has ''climbed up the success ladder only because her boyfriend is a top star (Salman Khan).'' She even went to say that ''her passport needs to be checked to identify her real name, age and country of origin.''
