TV's soap queen Ekta Kapoor who is famous for courting controversies every now and then is at it again. The Christian community is apparently very angry with the lady and after a huge protest has filed a formal case against her. The protest is over a particular movie scene in Ekta's next movie, where a priest is shown conducting marriage of two dogs. But its not ended here, the Christian community now has taken a step further and met the Information and Broadcasting minister Ambika Soni for the same and the minister has assured them that post an inquiry action will be taken.The controversial scenes are from Ekta's recent release 'Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum and the case that has been registered against her under section 295(A) of the IPC which is 'Deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings or any class by insulting its religion or religious belief.Commenting on their side of the story, the General Secretary of The Catholic Secular Forum Joseph has said they met AmbikaSoni and have explained the situation to her and how hurt the community is, on the disrespect shown in the movie to their religion to which she has assured that action will be taken.The issue further has also been taken up in the Goa legislative assembly and now will also be taken to the central Government, besides been taken to the Censor board. The christian community heads have given them a week's time after which they will file the case again and will book her for criminal charges.It will now be very interesting to see how a religious Ekta will tackle this situation and handle the protest.
