The Awara in Jeet
Leaning back on the sofa in his three-year-old office on Lake Avenue, Jeet keeps trying to mute his phone that keeps ringing; those who manage to get through shower him with good luck wishes for Awara. Midway through the interview a member of his office staff walks in with a box of sweets to share his birthday joy with "Jeetda". Not long after that, a fanboy arrives from Salkia with a special "post-modern" portrait of his hero and is rewarded with a bear hug. Calls, fans, interviews, health bars, iPad... all in a day's work for Jeet. "This is what keeps me going? if this is not there, you're not there."

A lifestyle fair in association with t2
Drop in at Vision 2012, a fashion and lifestyle exhibition organised at Ice Skating Rink, in association with t2. "He is laughing at me all the time, even during serious scenes," complained Raima Sen on the sets of Haowa Badal at a Ho Chi Minh Sarani home on Monday afternoon, even as director Parambrata Chattopadhyay walks around checking if the lights have been set up for the next shot. But Raima doesn't stop and the two break into a mock fight! "He is the director, he is supposed to concentrate but he is laughing all the time!" laughed Raima. "Yes, that's because her eyes are constantly moving in various directions," said Parambrata, acting it out!
